Project Description:

Support and oversee multiple concurrent projects involving business process automation, HR case management, and enterprise financial systems. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, driving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and timely delivery of project objectives.

Must Haves:

- Project Manager (10+ years)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Technology implementation (CRM, SAP, automation) for at least 2,000 end users (2+ projects)
- TBS gating process on $5 million projects (5+ years)
- Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering with business and technical teams (5+ years)
- Managing multiple concurrent IT and business projects (5+ years)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams




- Drive stakeholder engagement and proactively obtain business requirements, decisions, and approvals required for project success
- Manage smaller automation initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery
- Coordinate activities related to the HR Case Management System built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Manage stakeholder coordination and project activities supporting the Integrated Financial and Material System (IFMS/SAP)
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder consultations, and status briefings
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as required
- Provide regular project reporting, project documentation, and executive updates
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between technical resources, business units, and management
- Support project planning activities, including resource coordination, scheduling, and work prioritization
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies across supported projects
