The Mainframe WebSphere MQ and z/OS Systems Programmer supports, maintains, and upgrades enterprise environments. Key technologies include RACF, CA-OPS/MVS, SA z/OS, and SMP/E. The work also covers core subsystem support, automation, monitoring, security, and storage administration for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot WebSphere MQ on z/OS
- Plan and execute WebSphere MQ upgrades
- Configure MQ security using RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret
- Install, customize, and upgrade z/OS subsystems
- Develop automation tools, scripts, and operational reports

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in complex, multi-LPAR environments
- Experience supporting high-volume transaction workloads
- Knowledge of RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret
- Experience with SMP/E maintenance and subsystem upgrades
- Experience supporting banking, telecom, or insurance clients
