You will provide leadership and direction while working independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cost intelligence across budgets, forecasts, commitments, and cash flow
- Identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks with Program Controls
- Monitor expenditures against budgets and contractual obligations
- Apply Earned Value Management for executive reporting




- Validate cost data and coordinate adjustments with Finance

Requirements:

- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or related discipline
- 10+ years managing costs on infrastructure or construction programs
- Expertise in Earned Value Management and financial analysis
- Knowledge of program controls, cost, schedule, scope, and risk
- Proficiency with cost management software and Microsoft Office
