Convoy Finance seeks a hands-on Fractional CFO with completed CPA designation and progressive finance leadership experience. You will support multiple early-stage and growth-stage startups through financial reporting, accounting operations, strategic advisory, and investor communications. The work combines execution with founder-facing guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly reporting and financial statement reviews
- Implement scalable accounting processes for audit readiness
- Bookkeep and run accounts payable and invoicing
- Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and special projects
Requirements:
- Completed Accounting degree and CPA designation
- Five to ten years of progressive finance experience
- Public accounting, controllership, or finance leadership background
- Strong Excel skills and full accounting process knowledge
- Clear communication with non-finance founders
