This Analyst or Associate role reports to the Manager, Corporate Development. You will combine project finance, M&A;, customer engagement, and strategic analysis. The work supports waste heat-to-power, combined heat and power, distributed generation, and industrial decarbonization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support industrial and commercial customer engagements and value propositions
- Prepare proposals, term sheets, and client presentations
- Structure project finance and M&A; transactions
- Build project finance and corporate consolidation models
- Prepare management, investor, and lender analytics

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field
- Two to three years transaction-focused experience
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Calgary-based or willing to relocate, legally eligible in Canada
