This Project Manager serves as Dennis Group’s primary client contact from design concept through bidding, construction, and start-up. The position coordinates in-house design, architecture, engineering, and construction teams while managing scope, cost, schedule, and project execution. Success requires leadership, organization, communication, and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from planning through commissioning
- Develop scope, budgets, schedules, and critical path elements
- Coordinate client, design, engineering, and construction communications
- Manage permits, codes, procurement, contracts,



and change orders
- Oversee installations, commissioning, punch-list inspections, and close-out

Requirements:

- Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
- Four to seven years in design-build or general contracting
- Four to seven years managing industrial MEP construction projects
- Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and construction safety
- Availability for at least 50% overnight travel
