As Senior PLM Architect, you will connect strategic business capabilities with technical execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Support, and Digital. You will define unified Processes, Methods, Tools, Data, and Capabilities for aerospace product development. The role supports CM-PLM transformation, PLM/ERP architecture synchronicity, and digital continuity across the aircraft lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive PMTD integration across the full product lifecycle
- Map value streams across multiple business functions
- Translate business needs into PLM and PMTD requirements




- Define digital twin configuration management strategies
- Coach stakeholders on Agile SAFe execution

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive engineering
- At least 5 years in PLM strategy or digital transformation
- Experience with cross-functional PMTD capabilities
- Participation in large-scale implementation or transformation projects
