Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing high-rise residential projects for a major general contractor. You will coordinate multidisciplinary delivery, interpret contracts, and control project execution. The work includes civil, earthworks, wet utilities, mass timber, and other complex construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, staffing, and equipment needs
- Coordinate designers, technical teams, clients, and discipline managers
- Develop construction execution plans, staging, workplans, and subcontracting
- Oversee onsite quality, productivity,



progress, safety, and subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports and resolve project roadblocks proactively

Requirements:

- 10+ years managing large-scale high-rise residential projects
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering or related field
- Experience delivering full-cycle new-build construction projects
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
