Coordinate BIM delivery for ACCIONA’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project, using Revit, Navisworks, and Common Data Workplace workflows.

The BIM Coordinator supports digital delivery across design and construction phases. You will coordinate models, information workflows, design consultants, and project standards. The work includes federated models, clash detection, issue tracking, and information management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to BIM Execution Plans, guides, and protocols
- Coordinate BIM deliverables across design partners and subcontractors
- Review, aggregate, and maintain federated models
- Perform clash detection and manage design conflicts
- Maintain object libraries and design script libraries

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline
- Experience coordinating BIM on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, or Synchro
- Understanding of BIM workflows, ISO 19650, and information management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
