Bantrel seeks a Project Manager serving as Construction Manager for its Infrastructure team. You will direct construction activities across a dedicated Ontario Line geographical area. The work covers logistics, engineering coordination, quality, contracts, cost, schedule, and construction planning within a complex rail program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage construction activities and logistics planning across assigned Ontario Line areas
- Monitor contractor sequencing, schedules, labour planning, and interfaces
- Coordinate constructability reviews with engineering and contractors
- Drive health and safety practices and project safety culture
- Review quality, cost,

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and ten years’ relevant experience, or fifteen years without
- Infrastructure mega-project experience, preferably urban rail projects
- Heavy civil engineering, bridge, or station construction experience
- Experience across multiple project delivery functions
- Solid leadership, relationship-building, communication, and ES&H; commitment
