As Director, Individual Portfolio Management, you will shape the project portfolio around divisional objectives and annual plans. You will partner with senior leaders, lead Project Managers and Business Analysts, and support sales, expense, and inforce retention goals. The position combines portfolio governance, resource planning, program oversight, and people leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Individual Insurance portfolio planning, management, and execution

Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 10 years insurance or financial services experience

- Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Robust executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
