As Assistant Branch Manager, you motivate and coach a high-performing team while establishing and achieving team objectives. You support sales management routines, operational effectiveness, client advice, and problem resolution. You also build relationships with RBC partners and encourage collaboration across branch roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach Advisors to increase skills, capabilities, and referral opportunities

Requirements:

- Two years’ people management or coaching experience in financial services
- Two years’ licensed mutual fund sales experience within three years
- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or Canadian Securities Course
- Proven business growth and community relationship success
- Mutual fund branch management exam completion or timely eligibility
