This manager oversees the finishing department’s methods agents and manufacturing employees across sandblasting, plating, painting, and finishing grinding. The role coordinates production planning, resources, workforce versatility, operational problem-solving, quality performance, and employee skill development. It supports landing gear component manufacturing for Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and adjust production plans with the Planning team
- Optimize resources and workforce efficiency across finishing operations
- Delegate decisions and guide effective problem-solving




- Ensure quality objectives and operational problem-solving performance
- Support HSE inspections, investigations, and action plans

Requirements:

- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
- Approximately 10 years of relevant similar-position experience
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing setting
- Excellent spoken and written French and English
- Leadership, decision-making, autonomy, and managerial courage
