This experienced Project Manager leads complex civil construction work across private and municipal sectors. You will oversee planning, budgeting, construction, warranty support, and multiple project teams. The work requires financial acumen, organization, client communication, and quality and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple civil projects
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and financial performance
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Identify risks and implement corrective action plans




- Conduct site visits and coordinate project closeout activities

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of civil construction project management experience
- Experience with sewer, watermain, underground infrastructure, or municipal projects
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and ability to travel
