- Lead performance consulting engagements and learning needs assessments

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in Learning and Development
- Enterprise learning program design and implementation experience
- Solid adult learning and blended methodology knowledge
- Vendor management and stakeholder influencing experience
- Microsoft Office, intermediate Excel, and Copilot proficiency
