Lead IT operations at BOYNECLARK LLP through helpdesk support, system deployments, and collaborative technology leadership. This fully in-office position reports to the Director of Operations.

As IT Manager, you will lead three IT professionals while supporting daily workflow and ongoing projects. The role combines project management, troubleshooting, software deployment, and stakeholder communication. You will help maintain reliable technology for Lawyers, senior management, and other stakeholders across the Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team workflow, prioritization, scheduling, and project management
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technology security and reliability
- Implement new systems, software, AI, and legal technology tools
- Recommend solutions aligned with operational business needs




- Provide frontline and system administration support as needed

Requirements:

- Five-plus years leading IT operations or teams
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- Exceptional communication, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware and software
- Aderant, iManage, legal industry, or skilled services experience is an asset
