Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Engineering Resolution Engineer with typically six to ten years of experience. You will analyze, reproduce, isolate, and resolve Slingshot Software issues. The work includes Linux diagnostics, HPC networking, system upgrades, and customer communication through closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer troubleshooting meetings and system testing
- Analyze software issues and provide final resolutions or workarounds
- Resolve issues involving Slingshot Software
- Manage escalations and document technically sound issue details
- Guide less-experienced staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Typically six to ten years of experience
- Experience supporting HPE Cray EX or supercomputing platforms
- Experience with Slingshot, InfiniBand, or high-speed Ethernet
- Enterprise Linux diagnostics and administration experience
