As Vice President, Operational Risk Management, you will lead the Global ORM function and support the Head of Technology, Operational and AI Risk. The role covers business resiliency, crisis management, information risk, operational controls, regulatory expectations, and global execution. You will transform the ORM model while aligning practices with company strategy, industry developments, and requirements from OSFI and other regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Global ORM function and enterprise-level ORM program
- Oversee resilience and crisis risk teams across multiple locations
- Design risk frameworks, appetite, assessments, incidents, scenarios, and reporting




- Drive operational risk transformation and strategic global initiatives
- Engage regulators, committees, executives, and global functional groups

Requirements:

- 12–15 years in business resiliency, crisis management, and ORM
- Large-enterprise operations experience on a global scale
- Information risk leadership and operational risk expertise
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States regulatory environments
- Robust communication, influence, analysis, and critical-thinking skills
