As Senior Engineering Manager, you will establish a new function within Mercury’s product organization. You will lead 2–3 engineers while connecting Product, Data, Marketing, and Revenue. The work focuses on turning early GTM systems into dependable production capabilities across Customer.io, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Mercury’s application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set technical strategy for Mercury’s GTM engineering engine
- Connect marketing, sales, and data systems
- Build coordinated workflows for launches and GTM strategies
- Improve prospect identification, qualification, enrichment, and routing




- Guide AI capabilities from prototypes toward dependable use

Requirements:

- Solid GTM engineering or growth engineering experience
- Professional engineering management experience with recent hands-on work
- Practical AI experience building software or improving workflows
- Judgment to evaluate AI results and make them dependable
- Experience shipping AI-powered GTM workflows strongly preferred
