GHD seeks an experienced Nuclear Project Director for complex nuclear and energy capital projects across Canada and North America. This senior client-facing leader will oversee portfolios, governance, risk management, and major project execution. The work spans proposal, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct complex nuclear and energy projects from concept through closeout
- Lead capital planning, prioritization, governance, and execution readiness
- Build client relationships with operators, government, and community partners




- Guide multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and operations readiness
- Drive safety, commercial controls, risk, and issue resolution

Requirements:

- 15-18 years in nuclear, energy, or related sectors
- Engineering degree or related technical qualification preferred
- Skilled licensure or eligibility preferred, including P.Eng. and PMP
- Major capital project experience valued in hundreds of millions
- Nuclear business development experience in a market-facing role required
