As a Commercial Specialist, you will support contractual claims, change events, and disputes on a major subway construction project. Your work will involve contract administration, project records, cost data, and schedule analysis. You will collaborate with project managers, schedulers, construction managers, contract administrators, and legal counsel to develop claim strategies and support resolution efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate contractual claims, change events, and commercial disputes
- Review records, schedules, correspondence, and cost data
- Prepare claim narratives, cost analyses, and schedule assessments
- Submit notices, delay claims,



and extension requests
- Coordinate forensic delay analysis with project controls teams

Requirements:

- Five or more years in construction claims or commercial management
