As a Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will own a portfolio and deliver responsive client service. Your work includes relationship management, problem-solving, coverage recommendations, and full-cycle renewals. You will support business growth while collaborating with internal teams and insurer partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and service mid-market commercial client accounts
- Lead exposure reviews, remarkets, negotiations, and renewal presentations
- Handle inquiries, endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes




- Identify referral opportunities and appropriate cross-sell conversations
- Maintain documentation and activity tracking in BMS systems

Requirements:

- RIBO License
- At least five years of commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Exposure to mid-market commercial accounts
- Commercial account service and renewal cycle capability
- Solid client-facing communication and organizational skills
