Echo NDE seeks an API 653 Inspector reporting to the Operations Manager. The position covers visual inspections, non-destructive examinations, equipment integrity, and regulatory compliance. You will prepare technical reports, recommend repairs, and support asset integrity programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections and non-destructive examinations
- Assess equipment condition and regulatory compliance
- Prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations
- Recommend repairs, alterations, re-rating, and replacement
- Support tank planning and turnaround activities
Requirements:
- API 653 certification is required
- Knowledge of NDE methods and welding practices
- Strong technical report writing and documentation skills
- Ability to make sound technical decisions independently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
