As a Senior Product Analyst, you will connect business stakeholders, Technology, Procurement, Software Asset Management, and technology partners. You will translate requirements into solutions while supporting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. The work focuses on governance, licensing, adoption, lifecycle management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support Microsoft 365 product governance and lifecycle management
- Analyze usage and licensing data for optimization opportunities
- Evaluate product, feature, and licensing changes




- Coordinate testing, releases, upgrades, and post-production validation

Requirements:

- Three to four years in product analysis, business analysis, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Solid Microsoft 365 product and licensing knowledge
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
