The Senior Software Developer translates technical specifications into tested applications for the Ministry of Treasury Board Secretariat. You will work across C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Azure services, SQL Server, and the Software Development Life Cycle. The assignment runs from November 16, 2026, through August 20, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications
- Develop programming specifications and generate application code
- Compile data-driven programs and conduct unit testing
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases and queries
- Troubleshoot software issues through deployment and production support
Requirements:
- Robust .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs experience
- Hands-on Microsoft Azure services experience
- Strong SQL Server and relational database design experience
- Experience across design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
