As Regional Operations Controller, you will guide accounting departments, strengthen internal controls, and improve business performance. The role requires cost accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities, project leadership, and experience managing teams. You will shape financial reporting, planning, and decision support across ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior Food Service and Retail leadership
- Prepare monthly dashboards, metrics, and analysis reports
- Guide location accounting teams and enhance internal controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, assumptions, and financial storytelling
- Evaluate business cases and support strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Seven-plus years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Three-plus years of management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP experience
- CPA designation is an asset
