Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate project costs from feasibility through construction documents
- Lead value management and value engineering reviews
- Reconcile change order costs across project activities




- Coordinate construction oversight and reporting requirements
- Review, negotiate, and settle payment applications

Requirements:
