Lead onboarding, learning, and employee experiences at Wealthsimple, using exceptional facilitation and hands-on program design across hybrid audiences.

As Lead, Learning and Employee Experience, you own how employees join, learn, and grow at Wealthsimple. Design and run onboarding, learning programs, and employee events end to end. Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Systems, Communications, IT, Brand, and departmental leaders while measuring results and iterating programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own onboarding cohorts from pre-boarding communications through live sessions
- Facilitate learning and onboarding sessions for ten to sixty-plus attendees
- Design and produce in-person and remote employee events
- Build curricula and mandatory training in the learning platform




- Create feedback loops and align cross-functional partners

Requirements:

- Five-plus years designing and running experience programs end to end
- Excellence facilitating mixed and senior audiences regularly
- Experience managing event design, budgets, vendors, communications, and logistics
- Instructional design and curriculum-building experience
- Data-driven approach using feedback, metrics, and AI tools thoughtfully
