NTT DATA Services seeks a senior techno-functional consultant supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. You will combine business analysis, functional consulting, technical design, and development across enterprise implementations. The work spans Customer Service, Field Service, integrations, automation, security, and ALM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Translate requirements into user stories, designs, and process flows
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions
- Support integrations, testing, deployment,



troubleshooting, and operational transition
- Guide teams through design reviews, code reviews, and implementation oversight

Requirements:

- Minimum five years across all stated skills
- Robust Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service experience
- Advanced Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse experience
- Hands-on C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API, and Custom APIs
- Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and ALM experience
