As Senior Manager, SecOps, you will direct cybersecurity monitoring, threat management, and incident response. The position leads security professionals, manages operational cybersecurity risk, and continuously enhances security capabilities. You will partner with technology and business teams across complex enterprise environments, including cloud-based technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish strategic direction for security operations and service delivery standards
- Oversee security monitoring and proactively identify cybersecurity threats
- Direct investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews




- Manage service providers, technology partners, and internal relationships
- Build and develop a high-performing security team

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
- Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring cybersecurity teams
- Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Experience securing complex enterprise and cloud environments
