As Used Car Manager, you will own the pre-owned department from acquisition through delivery at a locally owned Ford dealership. Manage appraisals, pricing, recon, merchandising, desking, coaching, Ford programs, and daily reporting. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with alternating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire inventory through trades, service lane, equity, returns, buys, and auctions
- Appraise and price vehicles daily using vAuto
- Manage recon costs and online merchandising within 48 hours
- Desk used and trade deals in Tekion
- Coach consultants and report results to the General Manager

Requirements:

- Three-plus years managing used departments or desking franchises
- Hands-on vAuto Provision experience
- Tekion, AutoAlert, and inford experience is an asset
- Record of growing used gross and turn
- Valid OMVIC registration and Ontario G licence
