As Transportation Manager, you will report to the Commercial Manager within ADM’s Ag Services and Oilseeds business. The full-time, exempt position oversees transportation execution, asset utilization, inventory control, and collaboration across commercial, operations, logistics, administrative, and production teams. Your work supports timely deliveries and effective plant-to-customer execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and execute logistics pipelines for timely deliveries
- Coordinate plant-to-customer transportation with commercial teams
- Oversee 200-plus private covered hopper cars




- Manage and monitor more than 30,000 annual truckloads
- Lead cross-functional meetings supporting daily strategic alignment

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, business, or related field
- Five-plus years in transportation, logistics, or commodity trading
- Excel spreadsheet and pivot table proficiency
- Strategic, analytical, and organized approach to complex logistics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
