What You’ll Do:

- Drive brand acquisition by identifying target brands and generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, DMs, social, networking, and other channels.
- Own the brand pipeline and sales process, from prospecting and relationship-building to pitching, negotiating, and closing new customers.
- Develop and refine outreach strategies to reach the right decision-makers and consistently generate qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with brand marketing and growth teams, understanding their goals and positioning Noise as a solution.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business development efforts as Noise scales.
- Monitor pipeline activity, deal progress, and conversion trends to understand performance and prioritize opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with internal teams to ensure new brands transition smoothly onto the platform.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with Product and Engineering to help inform platform development.
- Help shape Noise’s approach to business development and identify new opportunities to expand our customer base.

Who You Are:

- Have significant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field.




- Have a track record of generating new business, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Comfortable taking ownership of a pipeline, making decisions, and determining how best to pursue opportunities.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute.
- Strong communicator and negotiator who can connect with decision-makers and clearly communicate value.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive problem-solver who can build processes where they do not yet exist.
- Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media.
- Comfortable using data and technology to improve performance.
- Excited to come into the office five days a week and work alongside the team.
- Based in St. Louis, MO (required).

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience selling to brand marketing, growth, or advertising teams.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, the creator economy, or digital advertising.
- Experience developing sales strategies, improving business development processes, or helping build a function from the ground up.
- A track record of delivering robust revenue results in a startup or high-growth environment.
