About the Opportunity

We are working with a financial advisory group in Toronto that is looking to add a Life Insurance Policy Servicing Coordinator to its team.

This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and servicing of in-force life insurance policies, working closely with clients, financial advisors and insurance carriers to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and has experience in life insurance administration or policy servicing within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain in-force life insurance policies.
- Process beneficiary designation, ownership and policy assignment changes.
- Coordinate premium and billing updates, including pre-authorized payment arrangements.
- Prepare and submit policy documentation and forms to clients and insurance carriers.
- Assist with death, disability and critical illness claims, including documentation and follow-up.




- Monitor upcoming policy renewals and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to client and advisor inquiries and coordinate outstanding service requests.
- Maintain internal systems, policy records and client documentation.
- Liaise with insurance carriers to track and resolve outstanding policy matters.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in life insurance administration, policy servicing or a similar financial services role is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with life insurance policies, beneficiary designations, ownership changes and claims processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative/CRM systems.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cooperative team.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto. The successful candidate will be required to work fully on-site, Monday to Friday. This opportunity does not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.
