The Technical Services Manager supports District and Regional Operations through training, improvement planning, and customer issue resolution. This position also provides technical information to Sales and Marketing, supports regulatory compliance, advances safety, and contributes to research and development field trials. The work requires urban pest management expertise, analytical tools, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments, risk analysis, and facility audits
- Develop action plans from program monitoring and root cause analysis
- Coach specialists and operations managers through remote and in office support
- Deliver protocol training and support certification progress
- Provide technical presentations, articles, interviews, and customer support
Requirements:
- Four-year biological science degree; entomology preferred
- ACE, BCE, or Registered Sanitarian credential
- Minimum five years of related urban pest management experience
- Travel up to 75% within the assigned region
- Strong public speaking, communication, and customer service skills
