Lead change management for Health Care Qualified engagement across system transitions and workstreams from Mississauga, using stakeholder engagement expertise. Hybrid work is preferred.

This consultant supports internal client teams across a global project spanning multiple teams, platforms, and geographies. The work covers change strategy, impact assessment, communications, training readiness, and risk mitigation. The consultant also provides lighter-touch oversight for a separate Medical/Legal/Regulatory project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adapt and execute change strategy across system transitions
- Update stakeholder maps and change impact assessments
- Activate change champion and super user networks
- Create communications and collaborate on training readiness




- Monitor risks, KPIs, resistance points, and hypercare support

Requirements:

- Change management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Change impact assessment and change plan deployment skills
- Communications and training plan development experience
- KPI monitoring and risk management capabilities
- Experience championing change and developing change agents
