Lead commercial lease compliance and property operations for Toronto Pearson’s aviation and non-aviation real estate portfolio in a versatile hybrid environment.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Real Estate Leasing and Development, the Manager, Real Estate Operations oversees portfolio performance. The position combines lease administration, tenant projects, operating cost recovery, budgets, forecasts, and stakeholder management. It also includes leading and developing one direct report.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee commercial leases, licences, permits, and related agreements
- Lead audits, compliance reviews, corrective actions, and enforcement
- Coordinate inspections, remediation plans, maintenance, and safety follow-up
- Manage operating budgets, forecasts, allocations, and recovery rates
- Oversee tenant projects, service requests,



repairs, and operational handovers

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in real estate, property management, facilities, engineering, or related discipline
- Five or more years of relevant commercial property experience
- Experience interpreting commercial leases and legal contracts
- Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, lifecycle obligations, and systems
- Microsoft Office, lease systems, Ontario Class G licence, and security clearance eligibility
