Lead restaurant construction projects for MHRA Hospitality using project management and permitting expertise in a full time hybrid position.

As Construction Project Manager, you will manage restaurant development and renovation from design through turnover. The work supports Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House, Holy Chuck Burgers, and Ylk & Batter. You will coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, franchisees, and internal teams while managing budgets, schedules, quality, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, and consultants through design development
- Review drawings and manage design deliverables and timelines
- Oversee permits, landlord approvals, zoning, and code issues
- Manage tendering, procurement, construction meetings, budgets, and site visits
- Coordinate inspections,



closeout documentation, and operational turnover

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ commercial construction project management experience
- Construction, architecture, engineering, or related credential preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, approvals, and contracts
- Microsoft 365 proficiency and strong organizational communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
