The key to providing this exceptional service level is our team and we are currently considering candidates for the following Supervisory position:Housekeeping SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will have experience as Housekeeping/Guest Services Supervisor in a similar property environment. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Ensuring exceptional cleanliness and orderliness of the guest rooms and suites, public areas, back-of-house areas, as well as supporting of the laundry departmentEnsure all areas of the PureClean program are executedThese are working Supervisor positions and will require assistance in cleaning of guest rooms and public areas as required.Daily room inspections and ongoing support of team members.Maintaining supply and equipment inventories and ensuring the team has the right tools to do the jobReports to the Housekeeping Manager, and collaborates daily with all other departments, in particular the Front Office Team and Maintenance.Ensuring that Health, Wellness & Safety standards are met and exceeded, including knowledge of and proper use of cleaning and other chemicals, proper lifting procedures, etc.Providing daily ongoing support and training as required.Supporting fair and effective scheduling and ongoing coaching of the team membersQualifications:This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented, energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individual, with a minimum of two (2)
