Build ATB’s centralized Salesforce engineering platform through CI/CD automation, custom tooling, and proactive monitoring in a hybrid work arrangement. Deliver secure, scalable release operations.

As a Senior Salesforce DevOps Developer, you will establish core DevOps practices across Salesforce environments. You will apply Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce DX, and APIs while designing platform utilities and release workflows. Your work will help engineering teams deliver business value safely and predictably.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and optimize Salesforce CI/CD workflows and automation pipelines
- Build custom tooling, scripts, and developer utilities
- Manage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups, and capacity monitoring
- Implement platform monitoring, error alerting,



and health tracking
- Mentor team members on Salesforce development and quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years software development and solid scripting experience
- 4+ years Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management experience
- Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce CLI expertise
- Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
