As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will lead technical initiatives from requirements and design through implementation and operational transition. You will engineer Microsoft 365 and Teams services, enterprise browsers, endpoints, automation, and security capabilities. The work includes partnering with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, operations, vendors, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and deliverables
- Support Microsoft 365 and Teams services, integrations, and Level 3 issues
- Develop PowerShell scripts, API integrations, workflows, and monitoring solutions
- Govern Edge, Chrome, Intune, Group Policy,



and endpoint lifecycles
- Communicate designs, recommendations, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Teams in enterprise environments
- Experience leading projects through production implementation and operational transition
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technologies and perform root-cause analysis
- Experience developing scripts and automated solutions using PowerShell or APIs
- Degree, diploma, equivalent experience, or relevant education combination
