Design and support Windows environments at Global Relay, focusing on Exchange, Active Directory, and desktop management. This L3 role supports corporate services.

The Senior Windows Administrator works within Operations alongside System Administrators, Desktop, Security, and Cyber Security Operations Center teams. You will manage Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory while developing desktop policies through GPO, SCCM, MDT, and MSI repackaging. The position also supports high availability and continuity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer corporate Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments
- Develop desktop security, group policy, and software deployment strategies
- Document Exchange and Active Directory configurations and procedures




- Resolve incidents and complete root cause analysis
- Support Windows systems availability and disaster recovery programs

Requirements:

- Three to five years of direct Exchange experience
- Ten years of IT administration and advanced computer support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, MDT, and SCCM
- Extensive Windows Server and Exchange knowledge
- Solid English communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
