As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations in the DIO Office of the COO, you will lead strategic projects across planning, operations, strategy, and finance. You will structure ambiguous questions, develop recommendations, and build AI agents and workflows that scale. The work requires autonomy, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive cross-organizational initiatives from definition through execution and handoff
- Shape annual and multi-year DIO strategy and operating plans
- Design governance, cadences, and decision forums for execution
- Partner on budgets, SG&A; targets, resource allocation,



and business cases
- Build AI agents and workflows for planning, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Eight or more years in strategy, operations, or consulting
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and financial capabilities
- Hands-on experience building adopted internal AI workflows or agents
