As a Senior CFX Artist, you will create hair, fur, cloth, and muscle simulations for character work. You will integrate effects with character and lighting departments while maintaining CFX setups. The position runs ASAP through December 18, 2026, with Vancouver attendance required for onboarding and predetermined Rush Weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build hair, fur, cloth, and muscle simulations
- Integrate character effects with character and lighting departments
- Maintain CFX setups across assigned shots
- Troubleshoot shots and improve workflows through tools or scripts
- Collaborate with production and mentor less experienced artists

Requirements:

- Feature-film or high-end television CFX experience
- Robust Houdini skills and character-effects reel
- Knowledge of dynamics and procedural techniques
- Python or VEX experience is advantageous
- Maya, Nuke, and Marvelous Designer knowledge is advantageous
