Odfjell Drilling seeks a QHSE Advisor through Puglisevich for its DP3 sixth-generation ultra-deepwater semi-submersible. The position supports QHSE management systems, operational teams, contractors, and continuous improvement. It requires substantial QHSE experience, including offshore drilling or marine operations exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support QHSE management system implementation and maintenance
- Lead QHSE strategies, programs, and processes
- Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and offshore assessments
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes,



and follow corrective actions
- Generate HSE reports and maintain training records

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in safety, engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of relevant QHSE experience
- Minimum five years in the oil and gas industry
- Microsoft Office proficiency and robust analytical skills
- English communication skills and required pre-employment screening
