This Plant Controller oversees plant-level accounting and financial activities for a growing manufacturing operation. The position partners with leadership on profitability, productivity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead plant accounting and accurate financial reporting
- Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans




- Maintain standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
- Present KPIs and financial results to leadership

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive manufacturing finance experience
- Solid cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing background
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
