As Principal Statistical Programmer, you will lead programming activities for client clinical projects and support effective resource deployment. You will specify, program, and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets, statistical analysis results, and CDISC documentation. The role also includes mentoring programmers, improving processes, and supporting quality activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead statistical programming activities on complex clinical projects
- Program and validate CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets
- Produce and review clinical programming documentation
- Supervise tasks and mentor statistical programming team members
- Support audits, CAPAs, and quality assurance activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or computer science
- At least five years of statistical programming experience
- Excellent SAS programming skills
- Knowledge of R language is a plus
- Very positive knowledge of clinical research principles
