As Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance while improving release standardization, stability, and predictability. You will connect Development, Security, and Technology Operations through Azure DevOps administration, infrastructure as code, and continuous improvement. The role also translates complex technical concepts for training, internal reviews, and executive briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and evolve secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across environments
- Mentor Engineers on DevSecOps tools, practices, and operational excellence
- Improve workflows through automation, governance,



and standardized tooling
- Evaluate emerging technologies through proofs of concept
- Create documentation, training, and stakeholder presentations

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud operations, or engineering
- Advanced Azure DevOps expertise across Boards, Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts
- Experience with Git, Docker, Bicep, PowerShell, Bash, and monitoring
- Robust automation skills using Python, REST, Bicep, or related technologies
- English fluency; French bilingual skills are an asset
