Lead IT risk and cyber risk oversight across RBC Payments Technology Portfolios, using risk assessments and automation to strengthen controls. Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams.

As Senior Manager, Operational Risk, you will support operational risk management across High Value Payments, Real Time and Core Payments, Trade Cash and Cheque. You will identify, assess, and mitigate technology risk profiles while monitoring risk, technology, and compliance metrics. The role also promotes security awareness and supports application and project owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational and risk management across Payments portfolios
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cyber risk profiles
- Manage Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators
- Present risk dashboards, reports,



and metrics to governance forums
- Automate risk data aggregation, reporting, and workflow management

Requirements:

- Five or more years in IT risk, cyber risk, and leadership
- Knowledge of risk controls, compliance, and T&O; processes
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent qualified technology risk designation
- University degree or equivalent and banking operations understanding
- Expertise in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
