As an Investment Assistant, you help analyze member and client needs, develop personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offers. You support discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products while promoting specialized services. The position also includes administrative support for branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop client relationships
- Promote securities products according to client needs
- Provide compliance and budget monitoring assistance
- Resolve operational issues with support services
- Coordinate interest management for new issues
Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Interpersonal savvy for client negotiations and solutions
